Kaunas

Kaunas, the second largest Lithuania city is located at the confluence of the two largest Lithuanian rivers Nemunas and Neris, surrounded by the hills and situated at the crossroads of the most important roads in Lithuania. As Kaunas is the most central city in Lithuania, it can also be a very convenient hub to travel around the country! The city is full of culture – it’s a home of a variety of festivals & events, from operettas to modern dance, from classical music to Jazz. Kaunas is proud of its great number of museums, theatres, universities, colleges, fine hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs. Green streets, tree-lined avenues, impressive architecture, funiculars, and wide-open squares create surroundings to match everybody’s moods. We invite you to explore it and have a #kaunastic stay.
